Key Responsibilities
Transaction Monitoring and Investigations:
- Conduct daily transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activities indicative of fraud or money laundering/terrorist financing.

Utilize transaction monitoring software to screen transactions against internal and government-issued sanctions lists.

Investigate flagged transactions by gathering and analyzing relevant customer information and activity.
-
Prepare comprehensive reports documenting investigation findings and rationale for decisions.
SAR Filing:
- Draft and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to FinCEN in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Articulate red flags and suspicious activity patterns within the SAR narrative.

Maintain a detailed record of all SAR filings and related documentation.
Compliance and Controls:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Fraud prevention regulations.

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of AML/Fraud policies and procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, operations) to ensure effective implementation of AML/Fraud controls.
Additional tasks:
- Assist with customer onboarding and KYC processes to mitigate fraud risk.

Escalate high-risk scenarios to the appropriate teams for further investigation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transaction monitoring, AML investigations, or a similar role.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy.

Demand & Supply Chain Manager

Company seeking a driven and analytical Demand & Supply Chain Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain excellence—from demand forecasting to production planning, procurement, and 3PL management. This role is critical to ensuring we meet demand, while optimizing inventory, logistics, and vendor performance. You’ll be a key partner in creating an agile, efficient, and high-performing operations function.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning:

Lead the development and execution of item level demand forecasts across all sales channels, utilizing data-driven insights to anticipate consumer demand and inform supply chain planning.

Develop and refine topline forecasts for the VP of Operations, taking into account historical data, product updates/launches, and sales initiatives.

Communicate unexpected deviances from plan and inform partners of supply gaps that may impact demand.
Production Planning & Supply Chain Management:
-
Develop and maintain detailed production plans to fulfill forecasted demand and sales orders, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to timelines.

Monitor ongoing supply needs to identify risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans.

Place POs and manage relationships with raw materials, packaging and accessories suppliers, ensuring continuity of high quality materials at competitive prices.

Liaise with our manufacturing team to assess capacity constraints and ensure appropriate staffing to execute on production plans.

Create and maintain all items, BOMS, and POs in our ERP system (SAP).
3PL Management:

Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL), ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place and shipments meet company specifications.

Audit 3PL costs, analyze shipping costs, and negotiate rates with logistics partners to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining high service levels.

Facilitate QBRs to assess ongoing costs, adherence to SLAs, and shipment accuracy.
Reporting & Budgeting:

Regularly analyze and report on sales performance by channel, production schedules, and logistics efficiency to continuously optimize performance.

Contribute to budgeting and operational planning, providing key input on production costs, shipping expenses, and inventory management to align with overall company goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, production planning, procurement, or logistics roles, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or eCommerce.

Proficiency in demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and managing vendor relationships.
